Must attend event
The National Church Library Association biennial conference will be held November 6-8, 2008, in Bloomington, Minnesota. Come and join the National Church Library Association’s celebration of library ministry and its 50th year of supporting church libraries. You’ll meet hundreds of church librarians searching for new resources, new ideas, education, inspiration, and networking opportunities! Complete conference registration details will be available June 1, 2008.
New D.C. Area Chapter Forming
There is interest in forming a new chapter in the Washington D.C. area. A meeting has been set for Thursday, April 3rd at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Falls Church, Virginia.
Beth Neu, Member Liaison of NCLA, will be in the area that week visiting family. She plans to attend the meeting to share resources from the NCLA and support the developing chapter.
